Yes. We build on WordPress so editing a page feels closer to editing a document than writing code. At handover you get a walkthrough recorded for your team plus a short written guide covering the things you will actually do: changing text and images, adding pages, publishing posts and swapping a promotion. If you would rather not touch it at all, that is what our maintenance plans are for.

Yes, we can host your site, and we are equally happy to work with hosting you already have. Our managed setup includes an SSL certificate, LiteSpeed caching, a Cloudflare CDN, daily off-site backups, malware scanning and uptime monitoring. You keep ownership of your domain and DNS either way — so if you ever move providers, the site and its data come with you.

Yes. Maintenance plans cover WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, off-site backups, security and uptime monitoring, performance checks, and a block of support hours each month for small content changes. Plans run month to month with no long lock-in, and you can move up or down a tier as your needs change. Anything outside the plan gets quoted before we do it, never billed as a surprise.

The technical foundations are included in every build rather than sold as an add-on: a crawlable structure, clean URLs, one clear heading hierarchy per page, descriptive titles and meta descriptions, schema markup, compressed images, an XML sitemap and Core Web Vitals performance work. That is what makes a site rankable. Competing for difficult search terms also needs ongoing content and links, which we offer as a separate service so you only pay for it if you want it.

Security is built in rather than bolted on. Every site launches with HTTPS, hardened login and file permissions, a web application firewall through Cloudflare, malware scanning, and automated off-site backups you can actually restore from. On a maintenance plan we keep the software patched, which matters because most WordPress compromises exploit a known vulnerability in an out-of-date plugin rather than anything sophisticated.

Yes, completely. You own the domain, the design, the content, the code and the hosting account, and there are no licence fees payable to us for continuing to use any of it. If you decide to move to another provider we hand over the files, database and credentials without making it difficult. We would rather earn your next project than lock you into this one.
