These terms cover the website. They are not the agreement for a project. If you engage us for work, the scope, price, timeline, deliverables, ownership and warranties for that work are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement signed by both parties. Where that document and these terms conflict, that document takes precedence for the work it describes.
Using this website
You may view, browse and print pages from this site for your own information or to evaluate working with us. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the rights of anyone else;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or availability;

Enquiries and proposals
Descriptions of services on this website are for general information. They are an invitation to discuss work, not a binding offer, and they do not include prices or delivery commitments. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.
Submitting a form does not create an engagement. A project begins only when we have both agreed terms in writing. Any estimate, timeline or figure given informally — by email, phone or in a meeting — is indicative until it is confirmed in a signed document.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — text, layout, design, graphics, illustrations, icons, code and the arrangement of it all — belongs to Saiftec Solutions Inc. or is used with permission. Our name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written consent.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from this website, without affecting any dispute resolution provisions in a separate project agreement.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
