Yes, and the detail that matters is how the feed behaves rather than whether it connects. We map every field your board publishes, including the local ones, honour status changes so sold listings come down on time, and alert somebody when an update fails instead of leaving the site serving yesterday data.

Challenges Real Estate Businesses Face
Stale Listing Data
Feeds that update late or partially, so sold properties stay live on the site.
Slow Lead Response
Enquiries land in an inbox and the first agent to notice gets the client.
No Lead Visibility
No single view of where enquiries came from, or what happened to them afterwards.
Poor Search Filters
Buyers cannot narrow by the things they actually care about, so they leave early.
Slow Page Loads
Heavy photography and map tiles that make a listing page painful on a phone.
Disclosure Risk
Required disclosures handled by habit rather than built into the page template.
Systems Left Alone
Software still running because replacing it looks like the risk.
Work Done by Hand
Rekeying and chasing that quietly eats most of a week.
Enquiries Missed
Traffic arrives, reads a page for the wrong buyer, leaves.
Split Data
Two systems holding one figure and no agreement which wins.
Compliance Informal
Rules you are audited against, handled by whoever remembers.

What We Build
Featured Real Estate Services
The systems brokerages and teams ask for most often, and what each one changes day to day.
We ingest the board feed on its own schedule, map every field including the ones only your board uses, and honour status changes so a sold property leaves the site when it should. Failures alert somebody rather than quietly serving yesterday data.
Search, map and gallery designed around how buyers actually filter, with image handling that keeps a listing quick on a phone. The property page is treated as the landing page it really is, rather than an afterthought behind a search form.
Enquiries from every source land in one queue, get assigned by your rules, and escalate when nobody responds. Because the first response usually wins the client, the routing is built to be measured rather than assumed.
Leads, notes and source data written into the CRM your agents already live in, with the same field discipline you would expect from manual entry. No second system to check, and no export to reconcile at the end of the month.
Agents see their own listings, leads and showings; clients see saved searches, documents and the properties they are actually considering. Access is per person, so a departing agent does not take a shared login with them.
Booking that respects agent availability, property access rules and notice periods, then confirms to both sides. Cancellations release the slot automatically, which is the part that stops a calendar drifting out of date.
Offers, consents and required disclosures completed digitally and stored against the file rather than in an inbox. Because the requirements changed under TRESA, we build them into the template so compliance is not a habit somebody has to remember.
Reporting that joins ad source to enquiry to signed client, so a channel can be judged on outcomes rather than clicks. Most brokerages already hold this data across three systems; the work is getting it into one view people trust.

Common Questions
Real Estate Software Questions, Answered
Can you connect our site to the board listing feed?
How quickly can enquiries reach the right agent?
Within minutes, because that is the window that decides who keeps the client. Enquiries from every source land in one queue and are assigned by your rules, whether that is round robin, territory or listing agent, and escalate if nobody responds. The routing is logged so you can see it working.
Will it work with the CRM our brokerage already uses?
In most cases yes. We look at what your CRM exposes and write leads into it with the same field discipline you would expect from manual entry, so nobody has a second system to check. Where a CRM has no usable integration route, we will tell you early rather than building a fragile bridge to it.
Does the site handle the disclosures TRESA requires?
We build the required disclosures into the templates rather than leaving them to be remembered, and we keep the wording in a field you control so it can be updated without a developer. We are not your compliance advisor, so the final wording should be confirmed with your brokerage counsel before it goes live.
Why is our current listing site slow on mobile?
Usually photography and map tiles. Listing galleries carry large images that were never resized for a phone, and map libraries load more than the page needs. We fix the image pipeline first because it is the single biggest cause, then reduce what the map loads until the page is quick on a real device.
Can each agent have their own view and their own leads?
Yes. Each agent signs in and sees only their own listings, leads and showings, and team leads can see across the team. Access is per person rather than a shared login, which matters most when somebody leaves and you need their access to end cleanly.
What happens to our SEO if we rebuild the site?
Every existing URL is either kept or redirected, and we check the mapping against your top pages by traffic rather than sampling. Listing URLs need particular care because they come and go with the feed, so we agree a rule for expired listings instead of letting them return a not found page.
Who maintains the feed connection after launch?
We do, under a support arrangement. Board feeds change format and credentials expire, so a listing site is not a build and forget project. Monitoring alerts us when an import fails, and fixes are covered rather than quoted each time something upstream shifts.
