Expect early technical and local gains within four to eight weeks, and meaningful movement on competitive commercial terms in four to six months. The honest variables are your domain’s existing authority, how entrenched the competition is, and how quickly content gets approved on your side. We report from month one on leading indicators — indexation, impressions, position changes — so you can see direction well before revenue moves, rather than waiting in the dark.

Foreststech Logistics
Four services, one quote request
Foreststech Logistics stores, picks and delivers for retailers and online sellers. Four services all feed a single quote request, and Google’s measurement was wired in from the start so the team can see which pages are bringing the enquiries.

The Challenge
Fulfilment is a considered purchase with a short list of dealbreakers: can you hold the volume, can you pick to our standard, can you get parcels to our customers. The buyer is weighing three or four providers in an afternoon and will not complete a long form for any of them. And a young logistics brand has no idea yet which page is doing the work.
- Providers get compared in a single afternoon
- Volume and pick accuracy are the dealbreakers
- Parcels and pallets are different questions
- Nobody completes a long form while comparing
- A young brand has no search history yet
- The quote is the only thing worth counting
- Which page earns the enquiry is unknown

A Look at the Finished Work

Our Solution
The four services are written as answers rather than descriptions, and each ends in the same short quote request, so a buyer can ask from wherever they happen to be reading. Parcel delivery and pallet distribution are kept apart, because a seller shipping single orders and a brand moving stock are not asking the same thing. Measurement went in at launch.
- Four services written as answers, not blurbs
- The same short quote request on every page
- Parcel delivery kept apart from pallet work
- Fulfilment given a landing page of its own
- Warehousing and distribution kept distinct
- Measurement configured before launch
- One number and one address, on every page
- Plain pages, quick to read on a phone
One short ask
The same request throughout
Parcels or pallets
Kept apart, because they differ
Measured at launch
Not bolted on a year later
Answers, not blurbs
Each page ends in a quote
Outcomes
What Changed After Launch
One ask, from anywhere
Every service page finishes with the same short quote request, so a buyer weighing providers never has to hunt for how to enquire.
Parcels and pallets apart
A seller shipping single orders and a brand moving stock read different pages, because they are not asking the same question.
The team can see what works
Measurement was configured before launch, so there is evidence about which service page earns enquiries instead of an opinion.
The offer can move
Service copy is edited in WordPress, which matters most in a first year when what the business sells is still settling.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does SEO take to work?
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and we would be cautious of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s ranking systems, and a guarantee is usually achieved by targeting terms so obscure that ranking for them is worthless. What we do commit to is the work: technical fixes, content built on commercial intent, and transparent monthly reporting against enquiries. If a term turns out to be unrealistic for your domain, we say so and redirect the effort.
Should we spend on SEO or paid ads first?
If you need enquiries this quarter, paid comes first — it buys immediate, testable traffic and tells you which messages and terms actually convert. That evidence then makes SEO investment far better targeted. If you have some runway and a reasonable site, doing both in parallel is usually optimal, with paid funding the learning while organic compounds. What we would not recommend is starting either while your site converts poorly.
Who owns our ad accounts and analytics?
You do, in every case. Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta all live in accounts you own, with us added as users. That means you can verify any number we report without asking us, and if we ever part ways you keep the entire history — the conversion data, the audiences, the learning. Agencies that hold accounts in their own name are holding your data hostage, whether they intend to or not.
What does an SEO report actually tell us?
Ours answers four questions: which terms moved and in which direction, which pages produced enquiries, what we did that month, and what we are doing next. Traffic and impressions are context, not the headline — a rise in impressions with no rise in enquiries usually means we are attracting the wrong intent. Where a month underperformed we explain why rather than presenting a metric that happened to go up.
What is AI search optimisation, and do we need it now?
It is the work that makes your business likely to be cited when someone asks an AI assistant instead of running a search — clear entity information, structured markup, and content that answers a question outright rather than burying it. Volumes are still small compared with conventional search, so it should not replace SEO. But the groundwork overlaps heavily with good technical SEO, so doing it now is inexpensive rather than speculative.
