The Challenge

Two Audiences and Four Services Had to Feel Like One Simple Plan

Preparing a property for market can involve several specialists, while the people arranging the work may be homeowners, agents, or investors. York Listing Services needed to explain each service clearly, show the transformation, and collect enough detail to respond intelligently.

  • The service speaks to more than one decision-makerHomeowners, real estate agents, and investors need different context even when they are preparing the same property for market.
  • Four services contribute to one outcomeRenovation, deep cleaning, decluttering, and staging are distinct offers that may also work together as one preparation plan.
  • Scope cannot be reduced to a simple price listThe right work depends on the property, its condition, the target listing, and how quickly it needs to be ready.
  • Transformation needs visual evidenceProspects need to see how an empty or unfinished space changes—not just read a promise about presentation.
  • The first enquiry needs useful property contextService interest, postal code, urgency, and whether the visitor wants a quote or an answer all shape the first response.

Project Overview

A New Website Built Around the Listing-Preparation Journey

Saiftec planned, designed, and developed a new WordPress website that brings four property-preparation services into one coherent experience, then guides each visitor from exploration and proof to a structured enquiry or quote request.

  • Four preparation servicesEach offer receives its own page and place in the customer journey.
  • Multiple client audiencesHomeowners, agents, and investors can understand how the service applies to them.
  • Before-and-after proofAuthentic transformation imagery demonstrates the work visually.
  • Structured quote requestThe form captures intent, location, urgency, and service interest.

Our Solution

From First Impression to Service-Ready Enquiry

The site uses service-specific pages, authentic transformation evidence, and a detailed but approachable contact form. Every path supports the same progression: understand the work, see what it can change, and share the property context needed for a useful response.

View the Live Website
  • A service-led information architectureThe homepage and service hub introduce all four offers, while dedicated pages explain each one in depth.
  • Every service page answers what happens nextStaging, decluttering, cleaning, and renovation content explains scope, benefits, process, and the route to contact.
  • Before-and-after evidence makes the change tangibleAuthentic project imagery shows how professional staging can turn an empty room into a listing-ready presentation.
  • Service area and property fit stay visibleYork Region and GTA coverage is supported by a postal-code field that gives the team immediate location context.
  • The enquiry form qualifies the requestVisitors can choose enquiry or quote, rate urgency, identify services, and provide the details needed for a relevant reply.

Outcomes

A Clearer Route From Property Needs to the Right First Conversation

  • Service selection is easier to understandVisitors can distinguish preparation, cleaning, decluttering, and staging while seeing how the services can support one listing journey.
  • Different audiences share one clear processHomeowners, agents, and investors can move from property need to service detail and contact without separate websites.
  • Visual proof supports the decisionBefore-and-after staging imagery gives prospects concrete evidence of the presentation work available.
  • New enquiries carry more contextThe team receives the visitor’s location, urgency, service interest, and request type at the start of the conversation.
The Challenge
A listing-prep business sells to two people at once. The homeowner wants to know what will happen to their house; the agent wants to know what it costs and how quickly it can be done. Neither can be answered from a price list, because the work depends on the property. And the business was new, so there was no search history to build on and nothing yet to show a first visitor.
  • Two audiences: the homeowner and the listing agent
  • Four services that are usually bought together
  • No price list is possible, every property differs
  • A new business with no search history to build on
  • The agent, not the seller, often pays the bill
  • The work has to be finished before the photographer
  • A service judged on how a room looks in a photo

A Look at the Finished Work

Our Solution
Each service got its own page, so it can be explained, linked and found on its own, and every page carries the same short path: read what happens, look at the finished work, send an enquiry. The form asks which of the four services the visitor wants, their postal code, and whether they need a quote or an answer, so the first reply can be specific rather than a request for more detail.
  • A page each for staging, cleaning, decluttering, reno
  • Enquiry form that asks which services are wanted
  • Postal code captured, so the service area is clear
  • Enquiry or quote chosen before anything is typed
  • The four-step process written out on every page
  • A project gallery page for finished-room photographs
  • Realtor-covered pricing stated on the service pages
  • Newsletter opt-in built into the enquiry form

Outcomes

What Changed After Launch

  • Findable service by service

Staging, deep cleaning, decluttering and renovation each have their own page, so each one can rank, be linked, and be sent to a seller on its own.

  • Enquiries arrive already sorted

The form captures which services are wanted, the postal code and whether the sender needs a quote or an answer, so the first reply can be specific.

  • Work can be shown, not described

A gallery page gives a seller something to look at, which matters for a service whose whole argument is how a room reads in a photograph.

  • Editable by the team

Services, gallery and posts are managed in WordPress, so a new service line or a new set of photographs does not need a developer.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Saiftec build a property or listing-services website from scratch?

Yes. We can plan the service structure, design and develop the WordPress site, organise authentic project evidence, and create an enquiry journey around the business’s audiences and operating process.

How should several property-preparation services be organised online?

A clear structure introduces the full offer together, then gives renovation, cleaning, decluttering, staging, or other major services their own pages. Shared proof and contact actions keep the overall customer journey connected.

Can the website showcase before-and-after property transformations?

Yes. Authentic paired imagery can demonstrate the visible change while responsive image sizes keep the evidence useful on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

Can the enquiry form separate quote requests and collect property details?

Yes. The form can distinguish a general enquiry from a quote request and collect relevant context such as postal code, urgency, service interest, contact details, and a project message.

Will the listing-services website work well on mobile devices?

Yes. Responsive navigation, readable service content, appropriately sized project images, and touch-friendly contact actions preserve the essential journey on smaller screens.

Can the team update services and project imagery after launch?

Yes. A WordPress build can keep service information, business details, calls to action, and selected project images manageable as the portfolio and offer evolve.
